In case I want to cancel my boats charter?

Yacht Charter Croatia - Adriaticum Sail calculating compensation for lease cancellation based on the time period  between the date of termination and the date of departure, as follows:

• 10% of the rental fee will be retained for cancellations after the conclusion of the contract ( not refundable ).
• 30% of the rentals fee will be retained for cancellations up to 2 (two) months before the date of the charter.
• 50% of the renting fee will be retained for cancellations up to 1 (one) month before the date of commencement of the charters.
• 100% of the rentals fee will be retained for cancellations less than one month before the date of the charter.

If a cancellation is due to objective reasons (death of a family member, heavy injury, war or other) security deposit will not be returned back, but the Yacht owner will attempt to give the yacht to the Charterer in some  other period of time or within the next season if possible. That is why we recommend to all our guests to close an travel cancellation insurance by them wish.
